If you're not sure, book a Skin Consultation (TSh 30,000) or our Signature Facial, which we tailor to your skin on the day. You can also send us a WhatsApp message for free advice before you book.

Most facials, LED and high-frequency treatments have no downtime, so you can go straight back to your day. After medium and deep chemical peels, some peeling for a few days is normal. Deep peels and CO2 fractional laser need a skin consultation first so we can plan the right treatment for you.

Please arrive about 10 minutes early, and tell us about any skin conditions, allergies or medication you are using so we can choose the safest treatment for you.

Our range is plant-based and covers different skin needs: hydration, brightening, acne-prone skin and barrier repair. Many products, such as our Amino Acid Gentle Cleanser and Hydraboost Serum, suit all skin types. If your skin is sensitive, do a patch test first, or WhatsApp us and we'll recommend what fits.

A simple routine is: cleanse (Amino Acid Gentle Cleanser or Jojoba Cleansing Oil), treat with a serum (Vitamin C Pure Elixir in the morning, Skin IQ at night), moisturise (Dermacell Revival Cream) and finish every morning with sunscreen (Sunscreen Lotion SPF 50).

Yes, at different times of day. Use Vitamin C Pure Elixir in the morning, followed by moisturiser and sunscreen. Use Skin IQ at night, before the Dermacell Revival Cream.

Nutricosmetics are beauty supplements, such as our Collagen-C and Arginine, that support healthy skin from the inside, alongside the products you apply on your skin.

Some active ingredients, such as retinol and salicylic acid, are not recommended during pregnancy. Please check with your doctor, and WhatsApp us so we can suggest gentle options.
